Clinic Coordinator

Nancy Walker is our clinic coordinator.  Because of her commitment to our practice and her eagerness to serve our clients, she was promoted to this position in December 2015.  In this capacity she is responsible for several clerical duties and responsibilities that keep the clinic running smoothly on a daily basis.  One of these duties includes managing the hospital’s supply of paper goods.  While this aspect of her job may not seem glamorous, it is vital to the running of our hospital.  We could not function effectively as a clinic or care for our patients without paper towels or tissues or kennel paper!

Nancy also manages and reviews our client forms on a weekly basis, making sure all client contact information including address and phone number is correct, that we have the current email address and they have signed off on financial responsibility.  She works with the practice manager on sending out the monthly email and postcard reminders.  She is active during the holidays with collections to local shelters and maintains a client information bulletin board in the waiting area with relevant information for pet care.  She is always willing to work with the other members of the management team on scheduling and hosting special events and can always be counted on to contribute fun ideas to clinic functions.
